Common questions
How long does it take to receive my photos and video?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, and video within 48 hours.
Are the photos sized for MLS?
Yes. Every package includes MLS-ready sizing along with full-resolution files for print and web use.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We aim to shoot on a clear day whenever we can, so every listing has the same bright, consistent look. If scheduling is tight and a cloudy day is the only option, that's not a problem: we relight and brighten the sky in editing so the photos still look bright and consistent.
Do you need access to the property?
Yes, we'll need access at the scheduled shoot time. If a lockbox will be used or someone else is meeting us on-site, just let us know when you book.
Can I use the photos and video anywhere I want?
The photos and video are licensed to your realtor or brokerage for marketing that listing, including MLS, print, web, and social. If the property is relisted later, a new shoot is needed.
